We use standard shipping carriers: UPS, FedEx, or USPS and require proof of receipt and an adult signature on all orders above $100. Standard transit time is 1 – 7 business days to addresses within continental US and 7 – 10 days to Hawaii and Alaska. aerMist LLC cannot control or be liable for variations in shipping time caused by carriers and outside influences. No international shipments and no P.O Boxes. Any claims for damaged or lost shipment must be filed within 15 days of ship date.
